Over the years we have helped many computer users and trained these users to some level of self competance
- Self employed carpet retailer - His PC had failed as a result he lost all his self employed invoices and data off disk - using my take away service I captured the the data off their hard disk and supplied all the business critical data to a CD ready to copy to their new laptop, the result being they managed to restore all the invoices ready to file at the end of the financial year.
- Home working mother - On-line business needs constant access to email, their firewall software had stopped them accessing email so I had to fine tune the firewall, install anti-virus and gave the PC quick scan resulting in lots of viruses, I now frequently visit them to perform a check up and provide updates.
- Family PC - Purchased a game which didn't work so I went round and offered free advice as to why it didnt work, whilst their I showed the children how to use the PC and advised on what they may need to purchase to allow them to use new games in the future
- My mum & dad - Wanted to upload photo's to e-bay, I showed them how to do this, my dad has now sold everything as digital photo images help with sales on ebay.
- Auto-electrician - His business is fixing cars and car electrics he now uses a laptop as all cars now have on board computers, he had purchased some diagnostic software which would help him with his business when out on the road, he couldn't install so I set this up and got him working.
- family household - Lost their photo's and needed to ensure they could back them up, with a little assistance I showed them the ropes.
- Family household - Wanted to scan some old photo's from picture to PC image, I scanned and cleaned the picture up giving the photo a new lease of life, now you never have to loose a memory again. This is a special service, quotes subject to requirements
